Of course! We are delighted to offer you free shipping on all orders within France. For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

We do everything possible to deliver to you quickly!

  • France: Receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.
  • International: Delivery times vary between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the destination.
    You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt. Just make sure the item is unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Check our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures faster delivery of your new item!
